Consumers in Focus: 5G User Behaviour Survey Dashboard 2025

This report is available to those subscribed to the Digital Consumer module.
This dashboard, based on our August 2024 consumer survey, provides all the relevant data related to 5G user behaviour in a consistent and structured way – a valuable asset for companies looking to formulate or adjust their consumer commercial strategies and plans.
The dashboard provides consumer survey data for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 (drawn from the respective consumer surveys). Filters allow comparison of data for individual countries and for specific consumer segments. This consumer survey covered 12,000 consumers across 12 major countries.

Connectivity trends in robotics: 5G and cellular IoT are only just emerging
From a telecoms perspective, robotics was recognised early on as a key future use case during the planning and rollout of 5G around seven years ago. With 5G-Advanced now commercially deployed in early-adopter countries, it is timely to evaluate 5G’s real-world impact on robotics. We also explore how complementary technologies such as edge computing, IoT and eSIM are shaping the connectivity landscape.
