The objective of the 2026 Research Themes is to address the key trends and questions shaping the evolution of the industry, and what they mean for operators and all relevant stakeholders. They set the direction of the GSMA Intelligence 2026 Research Agenda and will be addressed throughout the year through reports, insights, surveys, presentations at industry conferences, briefings with clients, blogs, webinars and infographics.
