5G momentum continues to build in North America. By the end of 2030, there will be just under 450 million 5G connections in North America, equivalent to 91% of total mobile connections (excluding licensed cellular IoT). Underscoring the impact of mobile in the region, mobile technologies and services generated 4.3% of North America’s GDP in 2022, a contribution that amounted to $1.2 trillion of economic value added.
