The 20th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders' Summit will take place on 20–21 October 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Dubai JBR, United Arab Emirates. Under the theme “Tech Intelligence Beyond Mobility”, the summit will bring together global C-level ICT executives, telecom operators, vendors, wholesalers, regulators and industry analysts to discuss key developments shaping the telecommunications and digital technology sectors.

The agenda will cover a range of topics, including the road to 6G, AI and the convergence of telecom and technology companies, sovereign digital infrastructure, wholesale connectivity markets, data centres and cloud, fintech, and cybersecurity. The event is expected to welcome more than 600 attendees, providing a platform for industry leaders to exchange insights on emerging technologies, business opportunities and the future of connectivity.

Shroug Ganawa, Senior Analyst, will moderate two panel discussions across the event: “Building Digital Resilience: Strengthening Critical Infrastructure” on 20 October and “Fintech: Pillars for Telcos’ Success” on 21 October. These sessions will explore key challenges and opportunities in strengthening digital infrastructure and examining the role of fintech in telecom operators’ future growth.
